what is the difference?
My
research has shown that during Octoberfest and other festivals in Germany, the bakers would roast almonds in a large kettle. During the roasting
process they would give the nuts a basic cinnamon and sugar coating. The best
nut cookers would try adding different ingredients to their recipe. The best
recipes came out of the Bavarian hills of Germany. Hence the name “Bavarian roasted nuts”.
